Testimonials are given for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes solicited, occasionally deceptive and seldom to the detriment of the recipient.

In this case, however, we, as the proud owners of a new dwelling recently built for us by Ian Birchall Constructions, are motivated only by a genuine desire to acknowledge a good job well done.

All the way through, from the submission of the original quotation to the finished product we were treated to a remarkable degree of competence and an extraordinary willingness to accommodate our requirements.

Due to the rare ability to organise total sub-contractor co-operation, continuity of supplies and administrative details, Ian with back-up from Donna, achieved what we regarded as a near impossible completion date. The dwelling was ready for occupation many weeks ahead of schedule.

Although our cottage was only one of the many projects under way at the same time, Ian consistently conveyed the impression that ours was important to him. Personal supervision and follow-up extending beyond the completion date remains a most gratifying feature of our customer relationship with Ian Birchall Constructions.

In conclusion sufficient is to say that Ian, Donna, outdoor staff and sub-contractors effectively removed the usual trauma from building our home.
