Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in getting this note to you. As I'm sure you are aware, the activities associated with moving into and setting up a new home are very time consuming and tiring. The combination of these with work related responsibilities have had a very disruptive effect upon my plans to pass on our message of thanks.

On behalf of Kim and my family, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the construction of our new home. Building a new home is always a big event in anyone's life and can be an overwhelming experience. However, if I convey no other message than this, the total approach that you take and the consequential support by Donna, Ben and Elizabeth has made the whole exercise a very fulfilling and worthwhile exercise.

In contrast to the stories one hears about some of the difficulties encountered when dealing with builders, especially with regard to communication, Kim and I have had no such problem whatsoever. Furthermore, I wish to place on record my personal thanks to Elizabeth for her undying attention to my regular visits and phone calls regarding the full gamut of issues related to the project. She indeed has more patience than I possess myself.

Ben indicated to me once that he looked forward to the day when a teacher would say something positive (in writing) about him so I feel duty bound to assist in this regard (there may not be another opportunity!) Working with Ben throughout the construction process has been an extremely satisfying experience. His willingness to listen and provide information regarding any and all aspects of the project, and his availability for on-site consultations have both been strong points in this regard. His communication skills and total demeanor have made the process of working through decisions and obtaining information and/or assistance a very effective and efficient process and most of all, very comforting for ourselves.

On behalf of Kim, I would like to thank Donna for her assistance when consulting with Kim regarding interior colour scheme and so on. Whilst not all of Donna's suggestions were adopted, many were incorporated at one level or another. As such, we felt that being able to talk to someone friendly and knowledgeable in this area and discuss various concepts was an extremely valuable service.

I would also like to take this opportunity to request that our gratitude for the fine work carried out on the house be passed onto all contractors who worked on the house. Having some knowledge of the construction process enables me to say with great confidence that the difference between the standard of our housed and that of others I have seen over the years (including Mudgee itself) is clearly visible and lives up to the reputation enjoyed by your organisation.

Finally, to you Ian, I wish to convey my personal thanks for not only the friendly and professional approach, but also the foresight in making available such a complete and pain free project management system. Having now experienced what numerous people told us about your service, I can not fathom why other builders have not duplicated the process. I'm sure I speak for Kim when I say that we are completely satisified with our choice and that you have certainly lived up to your well earned reputation. Should we ever build again in Mudgee, I doubt if we would even consider selecting anyone else.

In closing, please feel free to use or name or our home as referees for future clients. We look forward to assisting in this regard, and hope to maintain what I believe to be a very fulfilling relationship. I look forward to working with you again in some capacity in the future.
